Quinn to find out fate
Bankrupt businessman Sean Quinn will find out tomorrow if he will be jailed for contempt of court.
Earlier in the High Court, lawyers for Mr. Quinn made an impassioned plea to the court, not to jail the 66-year-old former billionaire.
He is accused of breaching court orders by putting Quinn assets beyond the reach of IBRC.
Mr. Quinn's lawyers have indicated that they will seek a stay on any order sending him to prison.
