A new transport strategy is being drawn up for the Dublin, Meath, Kildare and Wicklow areas.
The National Transport Authority (NTA) is asking members of the public and all interested bodies to make submissions with their ideas and priorities.
A new plan for transport in the Greater Dublin area, covering the period 2015 to 2035 ,is to be drawn up based on those submissions.
Interested parties are asked to make contact before March 2.
"The key thing is - and the key objective for the authority - is to make sure that this plan is an integrated plan that addresses all public transport needs in the area, and looks at integration and making sure services are integrated" said Anne Graham is Chief Executive of the National Transport Authority.
