Public advised to wear warm clothes for Obama visit
Members of the public planning to see US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle today have been advised to you wrap up warm and bring an umbrella.
Met Éireann has issued a severe weather warning for today, with winds expected to gust up to 100 kilometres per hour.
Heavy showers will also effect most areas.
