The PSNI says recruitment events are taking place today in Belfast and Omagh, after security alerts ended.
However, a third event planned for Derry has been postponed until next Saturday, after a controlled explosion was carried out on a suspicious package, which was later found to be a hoax.
The PSNI say they won't be deterred by criminals behind three security alerts targetting police recruitment events.
Security alerts also caused evacuations at the Millfield Campus of Belfast Metropolitan College and Strule Arts Centre in Omagh, although nothing was found during searches.
PSNI recruitment information days are continuing as planned in Belfast and Omagh today - although the Derry event has been rescheduled until next week.
Assistant Chief Constable Mark Hamilton says they won't be put off by criminal or terrorist elements.
“We’re here to serve this community, we’re here to place this community, why wouldn’t we go ahead?,” Constable Mark Hamilton said.
“Why should those who have criminal intent or terrorist intent stop people from wanting to joing the police? We are a legitimate organisation in a democratic society.”
