Police in the North are investigating a robbery at a pharmacy in county Antrim.

PSNI hunt two robbers armed with a bread knife and baseball bats

Police in the North are investigating a robbery at a pharmacy in county Antrim.

It happened on the Antrim Road in Glengormley at around 4.45pm yesterday, when two men - armed with a bread knife and baseball bats - entered the premises.

They threatened staff before making off with a sum of cash from the till.

The men are both described as around 5 ft 3 inches tall.

One was wearing a black jacket, dark bottoms and dark trainers while the other is believed to have been wearing a cream cap, black tracksuit bottoms and had a red and white scarf covering his face.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
