A 37-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Antrim woman Pauline Carmichael.

A 37-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Antrim woman Pauline Carmichael.

The 61-year-old grandmother's body was recovered from Lough Neagh on Wednesday, after she had been reported missing on Monday.

A murder investigation was launched and police arrested two men aged 37 and 59.

The younger man has been charged with the murder of Pauline Carmichael and is due before Coleraine Magistrates' Court this morning.

The 59-year-old man arrested by police has been released without charge.
