Prison officer murder expected to top agenda for cross-border leaders' meeting

The Taoiseach, Tánaiste and senior Ministers are attending the North-South Ministerial Council meeting in Armagh this morning.

The murder of prison officer David Black in the North yesterday is expected to top the agenda.

The group are also expected to discuss the Irish presidency of the EU, financial and economic matters, and preparations for The Gathering tourism event.
