Poll: Support grows for Seanad, but falls for Tánaiste
A new opinion has revelead that less people now support the abolition of the Seanad.
According to the Millward Brown survey in today's Sunday Independent, just 37% of those questioned said they were in favour of supporting the proposal.
The report also reveals that those who think it should stay and those who want to see it reformed now hold a three-point lead over those who wish to abolish it.
The survey also shows that people are becoming increasingly unhappy with the Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore, with 71% expressing their dissatisfaction.
