The Public Accounts Committee is to invite former Northern Ireland First Minister Peter Robinson to appear before it.

The Public Accounts Committee is to invite former Northern Ireland First Minister Peter Robinson to appear before it.

The current deputy first minister, Sinn Féin's Martin McGuinness will also be invited in relation to the sale of NAMA's Northern loanbook.

Finance minister Michael Noonan is due to appear before the committee on the October 6.

Mr Robinson and Mr McGuinness are being asked to attend over a phone call in January 20-14 where the Project Eagle sale was discussed with Minister Noonan.
