Opposition parties to outline alternative Budgets today
Opposition parties will outline their Budget plans today ahead of the announcement of the Government's Budget next Tuesday.
Labour and Fine Gael will hold separate press conferences in Dublin outlining how they would do it differently.
“What we will say later this morning is that of course there has to be cutbacks,” said Fine Gael's Deputy Finance Spokesperson Brian Hayes.
“But twinned to that must be a genuine attempt to grow the Irish economy.”
