Jules Thomas, Ian Bailey's long-term partner, has told the High Court the written memo of her statements to gardaí is full of "omissions, additions, alterations and inventions".
The 65-year-old artist, with an address in Schull, Co Cork, is being cross examined today as part of Mr Bailey's action for damages against the State and Garda Commissioner for alleged wrongful arrest on suspicion of murdering Sophie Toscan du Plantier in West Cork in 1996.
She is back in the witness box after a two-day hiatus caused by a juror being unavailable.
She has told the jury she was horrified when she saw the garda memos of her interviews following her own arrest in connection with the killing because they contained "omissions, additions, alterations and inventions".
Her statement said that in the car home on the night before the killing, Ian Bailey told her he had a bad feeling about something going to happen and pointed out that lights were on in Alfie's house, a neighbour of the French film producer's.
Jules Thomas told the court that that part of her statement was "pure invention".
The case continues.
