Taoiseach rejects call to delay Fiscal Treaty ratification

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has dismissed calls from the Irish Congress of Trade Unions to delay ratification of the Fiscal Treaty.
ICTU General Secretary David Begg said ratification should be postponed because the "tectonic plates" of Europe have shifted.
He is the latest to join a chorus of calls for the delay following elections in France and Greece.
