The Chief Executive of the National Treasury Management Agency is to retire early in the new year.

John Corrigan will vacate the post on January 4.

The NTMA manages the assets and liabilities of the Government, including the sale of State bonds.

The Finance Minister Michael Noonan has announced that Conor O'Kelly will succeed John Corrigan.
