No specific recommendations in Oireachtas report on abortion hearings

The Oireachtas Committee on Health will not make any specific recommendations to Minister James Reilly on abortion legislation.

The committee held three days of hearings on the issue earlier this month.

A full report has been prepared and will be handed over to the Minister this lunchtime.

The report will contain a summary of the information presented and will include transcripts of the hearings as well as the written submissions.
