No problems with CCTV footage of Elaine O'Hara's home, court told

The murder trial of Graham Dwyer has been hearing more about the CCTV system at the apartment complex of his alleged victim Elaine O'Hara.

The 42-year-old of Kerrymount Close, Foxrock, denies murdering the childcare worker at Killakee mountain in Dublin on 22 August 2012.

Joe Mason of the management company at Belarmine Plaza where Elaine O'Hara lived, gave evidence that there were no issues with the CCTV between January and August 2012.

The jury has been shown a montage of footage purporting to show the 36-year-old childcare worker and her alleged killer Graham Dwyer entering and exiting the complex during this timespan.

The court also heard about a spade found by gardaí near Elaine O'Hara's remains in Killakee and from a doctor at St Edmondsbury psychiatric hospital, where the childcare worker was staying in the weeks before her alleged murder.

He did not treat the 36-year-old, but he did give her a prescription on her discharge.
