The architect accused of murdering childcare worker Elaine O’Hara has today lost a Supreme Court bid to secure bail.
Graham Dwyer (aged 41) from Kerrymount Close in Foxrock is currently on remand at Cloverhill prison in Dublin.
The architect appeared in court dressed in a dark suit, blue shirt and polka dot tie.
He was refused bail in the High Court on November 4.
Today saw him appeal against that decision - but the court, presided over by Chief Justice Susan Denham has found the High Court was entitled to take that position.
The father of two will now remain in custody until the new year.
He is accused of murdering Elaine O’Hara, the childcare worker from Killiney whose remains were found in the Dublin mountains last September, more than a year after her disappearance.
