Nama issues open letter to Stormont inquiry

NAMA has issued an open letter to a Stormont inquiry into the sale of its property loan book in the North.

The investigation found the sale process was compromised and that Finance Minister Michael Noonan was informed of this in March 2014.

This evening NAMA Chairman Frank Daly has told the inquiry that he shares concerns about alleged activity around the sale of Project Eagle.

However, Mr Daly has said no allegations have been substantiated against NAMA and that the body has fully accounted for its actions to the Oireachtas.
