The trial has been adjourned of a 20-year-old Dublin man, charged with murdering another man in the capital two and a half years ago.

Craig O’Halloran of Colepark Road, Ballyfermot has pleaded not guilty to murdering 32-year old Kevin Kenny on July 31, 2011 at Sarsfield Road, Ballyfermot.

A jury was sworn in on Monday and the trial was due to start today.

However, the six men and six women were discharged yesterday morning as there was no judge available to hear the trial.

A new trial date will now be fixed.
