Mother: The day they took my child, part of me died
A mother forced to give up her baby 40 years ago is accusing the Government of denying adopted children the right to their identity.
Under current legislation, parents and children are not entitled to information which could help them find each other.

He is now 40, and they have been reunited, but she says the experience had a devastating effect saying that part of her died and is "still dead" even though they have been brought back together.
