A court has heard a "frightened" and crying Marioara Rostas spoke by phone to her older brother in Romania the day after her disappearance in Dublin on January 6, 2008.

Alexander Rostas has given evidence that on that call his 18-year-old sister said she was out of town, twice asked for her daddy to come get her and tried to describe a sign before the phone cut off.

35-year-old Alan Wilson of of New Street Gardens in Dublin denies killing the teenager at a house in The Coombe.

The Central Criminal Court has heard she was shot four times and dumped in a shallow grave in a wooded area of Wicklow
