The Government has announced that €10m is to be spent on national road schemes around the country.

The Government has announced that €10m is to be spent on national road schemes around the country.

Minister for Transport Paschal Donohoe announced the capture of the funding today with much of the money to be spent on pavement works.

About €4.5m will be spent on the N20 Cork to Mallow road while another €1m has been allocated to pavement strengthening on the N14 at Lifford Bridge.
