Two held after Limerick drug seizure
26/06/2007 - 14:06:48Gardaí in Limerick have arrested two people in connection with a seizure of herbal cannabis at an apartment in the Ballysimon area today.
Gardaí say the drugs had arrived in a parcel from South Africa to a postage depot in Portlaoise.
A 30-year-old Fijian woman and a 30-year-old man from Togo are being questioned in connection with the seizure.
Gardaí say the drugs were worth an estimated €150,000.
