Girl, 14, to apply to travel for abortion
29/06/2008 - 10:15:36A pregnant 14-year-old girl is to apply to the courts this week to be allowed travel to have an abortion.
The girl is said to be anxious to have the termination as soon as possible.
It is understood she is currently in the care of the HSE.
The Sunday Tribune claims the girl is potentially suicidal.
The paper says the girl's mother is opposed to the abortion while her father is supportive of his daughter's wishes.
