Met Éireann has issued a rain warning for the start of the May bank holiday weekend.

Met Éireann has issued a rain warning for the start of the May bank holiday weekend.

The national weather forecasting office says up to 30 millimetres of rain are expected from 11pm tonight and into Saturday.

The yellow warning is in place for the entire country.
