Lawyers for Nama have described an appeal by bankrupt developer Tom McFeely against the repossession of his Dublin home as "completely unmeritorious".
The case is to be heard in three weeks' time.
Tom McFeely's house on Ailesbury Road in Ballsbridge was repossessed on August 10 on behalf of Nama following default on a €9.5m mortgage.
Last week, the bankrupt developer told the court his family were on the side of the street and that the appeal was urgent.
Today, the court heard that Mr McFeely's lawyers would not be available for the hour-long hearing until the end of next month.
Counsel for Nama Robert Fitzpatrick said the appeal could be dealt with by any barrister.
He said the case is of extreme urgency for Nama as the property cannot be sold until the outcome of what he described as "this completely unmeritorious appeal".
An hour on November 19 has been set aside for the hearing.
