A 45-year-old man is due to be charged in London today with conspiracy to bring cocaine into the UK, after the drugs were found off Dunlough Bay in west Cork more than five years ago.

Diesel instead of petrol was put into the powerful engines on the RIB boat, the expert who examined the wreckage said.
