In the North, a murder investigation has been launched after a man's body was found in a house in Belfast.

In the North, a murder investigation has been launched after a man's body was found in a house in Belfast.

50-year-old Basil McAfee was found by his mum at his home on Henderson Avenue yesterday evening.

Police believe he was last seen in the area on Thursday at around 4pm.

Detective Chief Inspector John McVeigh said the father-of-two was knifed a number of times.
