A man has been released without charge in connection with a shooting incident in Dublin.

A man has been released without charge in connection with a shooting incident in Dublin.

A number of shots were fired at a house at around 10am on Oranmore Road in Ballyfermot.

Three men are understood to have been involved in the incident.

A man in his mid 30's was arrested and a firearm was recovered at the scene.

He has been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
