Man released after Clare car chase
A young man, who was arrested after a Garda chase in west Clare overnight, has been released without charge.
Patrol cars from Ennistymon, Kilrush and Ennis were involved in the incident which began at 2.30am and lasted for approximately half an hour in the Miltown Malbay area.
A man in his late teens was arrested by Gardaí, he has since been released and a file has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
One Garda car received minor damage during the chase, but no one was injured.
