Man killed in Kerry fall accident named

The man who fell to his death from a roof top in County Kerry yesterday has been named as Kevin Griffen from Killognaveen in Cahirciveen.

The man who fell to his death from a roof top in County Kerry yesterday has been named as Kevin Griffen from Killognaveen in Cahirciveen.

It's understood that the 41-year-old father of two was working on the roof of an outhouse on a farm, when he slipped and fell.

He was taken to Kerry General Hospital where he died yesterday evening.

The Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority are investigating the death.
