A 59-year-old man has died in a car crash in Rasharkin, Co Antrim.

A 59-year-old man has died in a car crash in Rasharkin, Co Antrim.

The crash happened at Townhill Road at 8.20pm yesterday.

The PSNI said no other vehicle was involved, and has appealed for witnesses to come forward.

Meanwhile, a man in his 20s is seriously ill in hospital following a separate crash in Co Antrim.

It happened at Ballinlea Road, Stranocum, near Ballymoney, at 3.30am today.
