Man injured in Portlaoise knife attack
10/02/2009 - 17:07:31A man has been injured in a knife attack in Co Laois this afternoon.
He was stabbed during an altercation on the Mountmellick road in Portlaoise at around 1pm.
He was taken to the Midlands Regional Hospital in Portlaoise, but his injuries are not life-threatening.
Gardaí have launched an investigation but no arrests have yet been made.
