Man in hospital after armed raid on house
14/03/2010 - 11:52:03A man is recovering in hospital in Co Down after he was shot during a robbery at his home in South Armagh last night.
Two armed masked men broke into his house in Gullion View at around 9pm.
They demanded cash and shot him twice in the legs before fleeing the scene in a car empty-handed.
The victim was taken to hospital and his condition is not life-threatening.
Police are appealing for information.
