Man held over death of woman in Dublin
A man has been arrested after a woman found injured in a Dublin flat later died in hospital.
The 37-year-old victim was discovered at the flat in Upper Sherrard Street, Dublin, at around 11am on Saturday.
She was taken to the Mater Hospital were she died.
A Garda spokesman said: “All circumstances surrounding her death are being investigated.”
Investigating officers arrested a 44-year-old man yesterday afternoon in Dublin.
He is currently being detained at Mountjoy Garda station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
