A 41-year-old man is due in court this morning, charged in connection with a 21-year-old murder.
The man is charged in relation to the murder of Margot Seery at Kenilworth Square Dublin 6 on October 8, 1994. Margot Seery was 49 at the time of her death.
The man was arrested this morning in the Kimmage area of Dublin. He was 20 at the time of Ms Seery's death.
The body of Ms Seery were exhumed from Rathkeale Cemetery on September 16, 2014 and taken to University Hospital Limerick where a post mortem examination was performed by Dr Michael Curtis.
Following the post mortem examination the remains were re-interred at Rathkeale cemetery.
A 41-year-old man was arrested on Sept 26, 2014 and detained at Terenure Garda station under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1984.
He was subsequently released the without charge and file was prepared for the DPP.
