An investigation has been launched after a man was killed in a workplace accident in Co. Donegal.

An investigation has been launched after a man was killed in a workplace accident in Co. Donegal.

It's understood the 21-year-old died when he became trapped in machinery at a fish processing factory in Killybegs at around 3.30pm this afternoon.

The Health and Safety Authority and Gardaí are investigating.
