Man charged with burglary at house of elderly brother and sisters13/06/2012 - 12:28:04
A 27-year old man has appeared in court today charged in connection with a burglary at the home of three elderly siblings.
Willie Creed, 74, and his sisters Nora, aged 72, and Chrissie, aged 66, were in their house at the time at Ballyluddy, Pallasgreen, Co Limerick, on May 31.
William Gammell, with an address at An Cuirt, Monard, Co Tipperary, was charged at Limerick District Court with burglary, and with being in possession of a stolen jeep.
He was also charged with aiding and abetting parties involved in an aggravated burglary at Sunville House, Pallasgreen on April 16.
He was remanded in custody to appear in court again on June 19.
