Man attacked by masked gang in Down
A 24-year-old man has been beaten by a masked gang in Co Down.
He was attacked with bats and sticks after the men forced their way into his home in the Clandeboye Way area of Bangor just before 10.30pm yesterday.
The victim was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries, including a suspected fracture of his arm.
The gang, who were all wearing balaclavas, fled in the direction of Kilcooley.
A spokeswoman for the PSNI said a motive for the attack had yet to be established.
