Man appears in court in connection with republican activity
A man has appeared in court in the North charged with offences linked to dissident republican activity.
Brian McManus (aged 54) was arrested at his home in Newry last week after the PSNI seized a number of guns.
The father of two appeared before Newry court today charged with seven offences, including possession of firearms with intent to endanger life and the preparation of terrorist acts.
He is due in court again next month.
