Man and woman held after shotgun found in Dublin raid
A man and a woman have been arrested after a firearm was recovered during a garda raid in Dublin.
A shotgun and ammunition were found during a planned search of a house in Rossfield Park in Tallaght yesterday afternoon.
A woman in her 30s was arrested at the scene. She has since been released without charge and a file is being sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions
Gardai arrested a second person, a man in his 30s, last night in the Tallaght area.
He is being held under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Tallaght Garda Station.
