A man and a woman have been found dead in a house in Belfast, police said.

A man and a woman have been found dead in a house in Belfast, police said.

Officers are at the scene in the Ravenhill area in the south east of the city.

A spokesman for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said: “Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths of two people in south east Belfast.

“Following a report from members of the public, police attended a house in the Ravenhill area about 2.45pm and discovered the bodies of a man and woman inside.”

The property has been cordoned off as examinations take place.
