Lowry demands recall to Moriarty Tribunal
13/01/2010 - 17:08:26The Independent TD and former minister Michael Lowry has lashed out at the Moriarty Tribunal over its failure to recall him as a witness before issuing its final report.
Mr Lowry claims the tribunal is depriving him of his right to defend himself against what he says is the destruction of his character.
The tribunal report into the issuing of a mobile phone licence to Denis O'Brien's Esat Digifone - is due to be published soon.
Today Michael Lowry said the report will be unfair and unjust unless he has a chance to answer allegations of wrongdoing against him.
