Longford crash leaves one man seriously injured
A man is in a serious condition following a road crash in Co Longford this morning.
The man in his late 30s was struck by a car while walking in Granard at 5.10am.
He was taken to the Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar before being transferred to Tullamore, where his condition is being described as stable.
Gardaí in Granard are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
