The Government is due to publish legislation today giving effect to many of the measures announced in last December's Budget.

The Government is due to publish legislation today giving effect to many of the measures announced in last December's Budget.

The Finance Bill will include changes to a number of tax breaks, as well as a range of other initiatives.

A replacement for the controversial tax exemption for stud farms will be in the legislation, along with improved incentives for the film industry and a new tax break aimed at boosting tourism in the midlands.

The Bill will also include a major revamp of the business expansion scheme.
