Kerry Hospital to examine MS sufferer Breda O’Gorman

Kerry General Hospital has agreed to examine a multiple sclerosis sufferer who has been refused admission to two hospitals.

Breda O'Gorman has reportedly been refused a bed despite not being able to eat for 11 days due to a deterioration in her condition.

Labour Party leader Pat Rabbitte, who has been campaigning on her behalf, says the case is further evidence of the poor state of the health service.
