Kenny warns ministers on budgetary comments

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has warned his Cabinet to stop talking in public about the Budget.
The move comes after a near split in the Coalition yesterday over comments by the Transport Minister Leo Varadkar.
Mr Varadkar suggested they could withhold increments from public servants for a year to save money.
The remarks forced the Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore to reprimand the Transport Minister.
Speaking at Government Buildings, the Taoiseach said the Government reflected on the controversy today.
He also said he made it clear that ministers "should not draft the Budget over the airways".
Education Minister Ruairí Quinn has also said it is time for his colleagues to stay quiet on budgetary matters.
