Kenny: Proposed deal with unions a ‘complete capitulation’

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has criticised the Taoiseach for negotiating compulsory unpaid leave with public servants.

Kenny says it's a "complete capitulation" of the responsibilities of Government, and that services will not be maintained.
