New Taoiseach Enda Kenny said today that he plans to set up a new jobs Budget and halve the lower rate of employers' PRSI.

The new Government also sets out to create 15,000 new places in training and work experience for the unemployed.

Mr Kenny also said that says the first thing he intends to do in office is renegotiate the bailout deal.

"We will start to reduce the depict by having no increases in income tax, and by renegotiating the IMF/EU deal, a deal that is bad for Ireland and that is bad for Europe," he said.
