Kenny: Next government 'not bound' by four-year plan

Fine Gael have said any incoming government "will not be bound" by the contents of the four-year budgetary plan.

The leader of the party Enda Kenny has said he has been informed by the European Commission that the proposals can be renegotiated if a new government is formed.

Mr Kenny also refused to say if Fine Gael will support next month's Budget.
