Enda Kenny has said Jean-Claude Juncker will be elected as the next European Commission President despite continued reports linking the Taoiseach with the position.
Kenny has arrived at the European Council summit in Belgium, where he is attended a ceremony marking the 100th anniversary of the start of World War 1.
However, the identity of the next Commission President will dominate the agenda with British Prime Minister David Cameron and other leaders circulating the Taoiseach's name as a possible alternative should Juncker fail to be elected.
